Tuna Salad
Using yogurt instead of mayonnaise in this tuna salad maximizes health and taste.
Ingredients

1/2 can solid white tuna in water

1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- substitute dairy-free yogurt

1/2 tsp dried dill

1/2 tsp capers
- optional

1 tbsp pickles
- chopped
Instructions
- Open tuna fish can and drain all water. Mix together all ingredients. Can be used on top of a salad, sandwich or mixed into a pasta salad.
