Tuscan Pesto
This pesto adds a burst of Mediterranean goodness to pasta, sandwiches, pizzas, and more!
Ingredients

1/4 cup kale

1/2 cup basil

1 clove garlic
- peeled and roasted

2 tbsp walnuts

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp chicken broth

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp parmesan cheese

salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Pour olive oil into a small pan. Add garlic and cook over med. Heat until just golden, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
