  1. Put banana, dates, and melted coconut oil in blender or food processor. Blend until almost smooth.
  2. Pour into a large bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Press mixture into a 9" square baking pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Cut into 1" square pieces and serve.
  5. You can wrap into single servings and freeze. These can be a bit crumbly so you might want a plate or napkin when you eat them!
