Ingredients

3/8 cup coconut oil
- melted

5 dates
- pitted and stems removed

1/2 banana
- slightly brown is best

1/3 cup peanut butter
- can substitute almond butter

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
- shredded

1/3 cup oats
- preferably organic

1/8 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Put banana, dates, and melted coconut oil in blender or food processor. Blend until almost smooth.
- Pour into a large bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Press mixture into a 9" square baking pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into 1" square pieces and serve.
- You can wrap into single servings and freeze. These can be a bit crumbly so you might want a plate or napkin when you eat them!
