We’ve designed this 21-day journey to include daily messages and challenges that, as you incorporate these simple practices into your life, will help you establish habits and routines that bring health to your body and soul. It will be amazing to see how just a few weeks of consistency can open the door to real, lasting change!

Here’s how it works: I will send you a daily email with an inspiring message and a link to your daily challenge. You can also access your challenge by logging in to the FW website or app, navigating to your dashboard, clicking on 'Programs,' and then selecting your 21-Day Habit-Making Challenge. 

Each day includes a recommended workout, nutrition challenge, Bible reading, and something to think about. When you complete each item, you will click the Mark Complete button. It’s super simple but super powerful!

We understand that everyone is at a different fitness level, so if the recommended workout isn't what you need each day you can also choose any other FW workout video. Just remember to return to the daily page and mark the workout as complete to receive credit.

By the end of these 21 days, you’ll feel stronger, more energized, and your heart will feel more peace and joy! So grab your water bottle, take a deep breath, and let’s go!
