You're going to have so much fun dancing your way to better health.  This is also the best type of workout for brain health because of the cross-body movements, elevated heart rate, and moves that will make you think.  If you're not a great dancer, no worries. We keep the moves fairly easy to follow. You may not get them all the first time you try, but the more you do these videos the better you'll get. Make sure to invite a friend to do this with you.
