Over the next 10 days, we are going to talk about why loving yourself - in a healthy, God-centered way - is not selfish, prideful, or self-absorbed. It is foundational. You cannot care for your body well, set healthy boundaries, walk in confidence, or fully love others if you are constantly battling yourself.
We’ll talk about how low self-worth may be showing up in your life and then share practical tools to break free from those patterns so they no longer run your life.
Most importantly, you’ll begin stepping into the full life God has for you - a life marked by self-love instead of self-criticism, peace instead of pressure, confidence instead of constant striving, and freedom instead of fear.
My hope and prayer is that you will stay committed for the next 10 days. Don't get pulled away because this is too important!
