If you choose the weekly lessons, I recommend: Reading the material and answering the journal questions before watching the teaching video. Doing the weekly workout once or as many times as you’d like throughout the week.
No matter which format you choose, don’t rush the process. If this study speaks to you, consider inviting a friend or gathering a small group to go through it together.
