How to Approach This Study

You can follow ReIgnite in one of two ways:


  • Download the full book HERE and go through it at your own pace.

  • Follow the weekly lessons using the guided material below.


If you choose the weekly lessons, I recommend: Reading the material and answering the journal questions before watching the teaching video. Doing the weekly workout once or as many times as you’d like throughout the week.

No matter which format you choose, don’t rush the process. If this study speaks to you, consider inviting a friend or gathering a small group to go through it together. Faith-filled community makes all the difference! You could even start a group at your church or work through the material with a workout partner.
