This journey begins by gently unraveling the lies that have shaped your thinking, rediscovering your true identity, and experiencing deep emotional healing. And through it all, we hold onto what matters most — hope. Always hope.

As a presenter, speaker, facilitator, and coach, I love reminding women that every obstacle can become God’s opportunity for transformation. I am a  “Believer of More”— more freedom, more healing, more joy, and more purpose than you may dare to imagine.

When not in my roles as Life/Transformational Coach or ASL (Sign Language Interpreter) I absolutely love being a Nana to my grandblessings!   You will most often find me outdoors enjoying hiking, biking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Travel can be added to the list, but primary is time spent experiencing life with family and friends.  My husband Mike and I are grateful to do it all together in the beautiful mountains of Colorado!
