You may be wondering why I chose to include a Message, Workout, Bible Reading, Nutrition Challenge and Something To Think About in each daily plan. Here’s the reason: they all work together to help you live the life you were created to live.

  • Daily Message: I have spent years studying behavior change and I can't wait to share what I've learned so that you can make necessary changes and create healthy habits that last. I believe that having accurate information is super important when trying to change. I hope you will make the time each day to read my messages.
  • Workout: Your body was designed to move, and it thrives when you do. Movement strengthens your muscles, supports your joints, improves circulation, and even fights fatigue. Whether it’s stretching, doing a short strength workout, or riding your bike around the neighborhood, moving your body helps clear your mind, lift your mood, and energize you for the day ahead.
  • Bible Reading: Taking time each day to connect with God through His Word is one of the most meaningful ways we grow spiritually. For me, opening my Bible helps quiet the noise of the world and refocus my heart on what truly matters. It gently reminds me that real peace isn’t found in productivity or checking boxes-it’s found in being present with the One who created me and loves me deeply.
  • Nutrition Challenge: What you eat plays a huge role in how you feel both physically and emotionally. The foods you choose affect your energy level, focus, and even your mood. I know there is a lot of conflicting and confusing information coming at us all the time when it comes to what "Healthy" really means. My hope is to give you clarity on what eating habits you want to incorporate into your every day life and what habits you should eliminate.
  • Something to think about: This is an important part of this 21-day challenge. We will mix up what we share but it is always something that we want you to spend some time either meditating, journaling or just praying about. It will always be something that I feel will help you on your journey to establishing healthy habits.

By committing to these 5 practices every day, you’re not just building habits, you’re creating a stronger, healthier, more balanced life from the inside out. And the best part? The more consistently you do them, the easier and more natural they become.

Stay engaged and make sure to mark each section of the challenge complete.
