Drink at least 6 cups of water. Drinking water is something I know you can do, which is why I am starting off this challenge with this simple goal.  Hydration is critical. If you’re dehydrated, it can lower your metabolism and play a role in weight gain. Plus, it plays an important role in digestion, energy, and focus. Being even slightly dehydrated (which most of us are) can really impact your health.

This may be TMI (too much information), but I make it a goal to get my urine pretty much clear each day. Give it a try.
