Nutrition Challenge - 19
Comparison is counterproductive. Your journey is unique, and comparing yourself to others can steal motivation. Focus on your own progress, not someone else’s timeline. Also, an eating plan that works for one person doesn't mean it's best for you. Don't go on a "fad diet" because it worked for your friend. Stay true to eating healthy food as part of your daily life and don't look for a quick fix that worked for someone else.
There will always be someone who has a better body, a better home, a better family…. so stop comparing and start appreciating all that is unique and beautiful about your life. Teddy Roosevelt said it best: “Comparison is the thief of joy.”
