Taking care of yourself is not selfish-it is not only essential for your well-being, but it also allows you to show up as the best version of yourself for others. If you don't value yourself and feel worthy, it is going to be a big struggle to make the time and effort needed to properly fuel your body.

I want you to set 2 nutrition goals for your week BUT I want you to start each goal with these words, "Because I value myself and am worthy of time and care I will ___________ (fill in the blank)

Here is on of my goals for the week. "Because I value myself and am worthy of time and care I will make myself breakfast each morning that includes at least 15 grams of lean protein and 1 serving of vegetables"
