You can’t quit. Some things in life are okay to quit (knitting a scarf, a puzzle), but because your health affects every area of your life, you can’t quit on trying to eat healthier.  You will never eat perfectly or have days where you feel like you really blew it, but it is something you have to stay committed to because it is so important.

I would love for you to go back over all the nutrition challenges and make a list of them. Try to incorporate as many of them as you can into your daily life. They all have value and will help you to live with more energy and strength. They will help you to avoid chronic illness.

Think about what your life would look like in 5 years if you had health, then think about it if you are struggling with chronic illnesses. Let that motivate you to stay committed to your journey to better health.
