Keep food in its proper place. Food is fuel, so give your body what it needs to feel and perform its best. But food is also meant to be enjoyed. Some of my favorite moments are sitting around a table with friends, sharing a meal, a glass of wine, and great conversation.
Don’t get so caught up in your “diet” that you miss out on those moments. Food isn’t a reward, a punishment, or the enemy.
