  1. Reducing stress, exercising consistently, and eating healthy are also listed as ways to prevent heart disease, cancer, stroke, and so many other diseases. Knowing this, what is really keeping you from making daily lifestyle choices that will improve your health? Dig deep, don’t just say what most people say (“not enough time”).
