We are excited to officially kick off the Faithful Workouts' Kickstart Plan! We are glad you are ready to make lasting, healthy changes.

Starting and sticking to a healthy lifestyle can sometimes seem impossible. Often, people simply lack the motivation to get started or lose their motivation to keep going. Luckily, motivation is something you can work to increase, and we want to be here to help you find that motivation and cheer you on along the way.

This program is designed to inspire you to make lasting changes and provide health tips so you can live with more strength, energy, joy, and health. On each day, you will find a short video from me (Michelle, the founder of Faithful Workouts) plus nutritional tips, inspirational quotes, and songs to help move you toward your end goal. We also offer 4 workouts to choose from. Pick the one that is best for your current fitness level.

Something to Think About:

In today's video message, I shared my ABC's of fitness.

A - Ask God For Help

"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you"  Jame 1:5

B - Believe He Can Help You

"But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind" James 1:6

C - Check Your Motives

"You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures."  James 4:3

Eat more plants, don't always eat the same ones. Mix it up. Eat a variety of colors. I love Michael Pollan's advice, “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.” “If it’s a plant, eat it. If it was made in a plant, don't!"
