You’ve reached Day 14-and before you rush past that, pause for a moment. Temptation and the urge to quit don’t disappear just because we’ve made progress. In fact, they often show up when we’re tired, busy, or starting to doubt ourselves. When those moments come, don’t ask yourself, “Do I feel like continuing?” Instead, return to your why. Why did you start this kickstart? What were you hoping would change? Your why is what carries you when motivation fades. Feelings come and go, but purpose can anchor you when things feel hard.
As you move forward, remember this: quitting doesn’t have to be part of your story. Pausing, adjusting, and learning are all part of lasting change, but giving up isn’t how this has to go. You also don’t have to do this perfectly or all at once. This kickstart is here for you whenever you need it. You can come back and repeat the days that speak to you, the lessons you need to hear again, or the workouts that help you reconnect with your body and mindset. This isn’t the end, it’s a foundation. Keep choosing your why, keep showing up, and trust that the small, faithful steps you take will continue to add up.
We are here with you every step of the way. We want you to succeed, and we want to celebrate you each and every day. One of the best ways to stay committed to a healthier lifestyle is to ask a friend or family member to join you on your journey to better health. Can you think of someone you could invite to join you and even hold you accountable?? Something to Think About: "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength" Phil 4:13 Sit with these words. Let them become the truth in your heart so you don't believe the lie that says you'll never change. Let your heart marinate in the truth of Phil 4:13.
