In today's video, I talked about the 5 components of a total body workout. To give extra inspiration to move your body each day, I've listed some of the benefits of consistent exercise. If you can work your way up to 150 minutes of exercise each week, it would be so awesome, but every minute of exercise is better than not moving!
Benefits of Exercise:
- Improves overall health and longevity
- Decreases the risk of most chronic diseases
- Builds stronger bones, muscles, and immune health
- Helps with weight loss by burning calories and building muscle
- Boosts mental and emotional well-being as endorphins are released
- Promotes more energy and helps you feel better overall
