A Playlist Filled With Self Love

Mornings matter more than we often realize. The way we begin our day can shape our mindset, our energy, and even how we respond to challenges later on.
Before the emails, the errands, the responsibilities, and the noise of the day begin, the morning gives us a quiet opportunity to reset our hearts and focus on what is true.
For many of us, mornings can quickly become rushed and reactive. We grab coffee, check our phones, and jump straight into responsibilities. But what if the first messages we heard each day reminded us of who we are and how deeply we are loved?
Music can be a powerful way to do exactly that.
Listening to songs that remind us of God’s love has a way of shifting our perspective. The lyrics sink in, truth replaces stress, and suddenly the day feels a little lighter. Instead of starting the day worried about everything we need to accomplish, we start the day with the reassuring truth of God’s Word.
During the Love Yourself Healthy 2026 program, we intentionally chose music that speaks directly to identity, purpose, freedom, and redemption. Each song carries a message that reminds us we are known, chosen, and deeply loved.
We also created videos that pair these songs with gentle movement, which makes the experience even more meaningful. As the music plays, you can move your body through light stretching or simple movements while allowing the lyrics to speak truth over your day. Movement helps release tension. Music helps refocus the mind. Together, they create a powerful way to begin the day with peace, joy, and clarity.
We’ve also put together a playlist that includes the music used in the Love Yourself Healthy 2026 program, along with a few additional songs that weren’t part of the challenge but are still powerful reminders of God’s love and the truth of who you are.
