  2. Place the diced vegetables on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
  3. Combine the vegetables, cooked chicken, and salsa in a bowl.
  4. Place the mixture in a tortilla, wrap, and enjoy!
