Instructions

  1. Put the lettuce into a large salad bowl. Top with green onions and blueberries.
  2. For dressing put the remaining ingredients (except the goat cheese) in a small bowl and mix well. When ready to serve pour dressing over lettuce and top with crumbled goat cheese.
