Instructions

  1. Season Salmon Fillets with salt, pepper, and dried dill.
  2. Thinly slice fennel bulb.
  3. Heat broth in frying pan. Add onions and fennel. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice and place salmon on top of fennel. Reduce heat to low, cover with a lid, and cook for about 7 minutes or until salmon is cooked throughout.
  5. Plate and add a sprinkle of dried dill.
