Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat. Add the steak and cook about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  5. Combine greens, snow peas, bell pepper, cabbage, cilantro, edamame, and dressing in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
  6. Top steak with salad.
