  1. Preheat over to 375°.
  2. Place the red pepper half in the oven, open side up, and cook until just soft.
  3. Place chicken and sun-dried tomatoes inside the pepper half.
  4. Top with a slice of cheese and bake for 10 min or until the cheese melts and the chicken is warm.
  5. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil and serve.
