Ingredients

  1. Toss sliced potatoes with oil, chili powder, and cumin, and then line the potatoes up on a cookie sheet or long baking pan. Bake in the oven at 400º-425º for 10-15 minutes until very light brown/crispy. Once cooked, take the potatoes out and let them cool.
  2. Drain and rinse the can of black beans, and then heat up black beans and corn in a pan over the stovetop for about 5 minutes.
  3. Enjoy 3 chips per serving and top with black bean and corn mixture, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, and any additional toppings you'd like.
