Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put broth in a pan and cook over high heat until it reaches a low boil.
  2. Turn heat to medium and add all ingredients EXCEPT the shrimp and basil. Cook over medium heat for 5 mins.
  3. Add shrimp and basil and cook for another 4 mins. or until shrimp are just cooked.
  4. Pour over brown rice or enjoy on its own.
