  1. Add broth and potatoes to pan.
  2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add onion, celery and pepper, cover and cook additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add turkey and dill and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
  5. Top with optional green onions
