Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put cauliflower and broccoli into food processor until finely minced. Place in bowl.
  2. Put carrots in the food processor until finely minced and add to other veggies in bowl.
  3. Add cooked lentils (very soft), garlic, oats, eggs, and flaxseed to the bowl and mix well.
  4. You can choose to add *optional ingredients. Form into small balls. Bake in an oven preheated to 400F on a baking tray – 15-20 mins.
