Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pan 1/3 way with water. Warm the water but do not boil. Add rice sheet into water, holding onto one edge. When rice sheet is slightly softened remove from water and put on plate.
  2. Add carrots, cucumber, lettuce, peppers, cilantro. Fold in sides and roll.
  3. For peanut suace,mix the remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve with Peanut Sauce.
