Instructions

  1. Warm the lentils in pan on stovetop.
  2. Once warmed, place lentils over sliced lettuce, and add grilled vegetables.
  3. Combine red wine vinegar and olive oil in a bowl to create a dressing and pour it over the lentil and veggies.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
