Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Use an oven-safe pan and add olive oil to coat the bottom of the dish.
  3. Add sauteed onions, peppers, and cooked and diced chicken to the baking dish.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs over the onions, peppers, and chicken.
  5. Add parsley and put the baking dish into preheated oven. Cook for about 10-15 minutes or until eggs are set.
