Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and shrimp, cooking until pink (about 3-4 minutes).
  2. Remove shrimp and sauté kale in the same pan for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Put shrimp back in the pan and add the lemon juice, salt and pepper
  4. Serve over brown rice.
