  1. Preheat oven to 400º. 
  2. Mash the banana with the back of a fork in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  3. Place a small ball of dough on a greased baking pan. Shape the dough into a small loaf or into a slight crescent shape. Cook for 20 minutes.
